Our first site visit is very flexible, we believe that an important first step is for us to visit you in your own home so that we can completely appreciate your needs, your budget and how you imagine the renovations to your home. We are continuously available to visit at a suitable time for you. Throughout this meeting, for which there will be no commitment from your side, we will answer any questions you may have.

There will also be an estimation of what the project will cost, broken down to highlight the cost of each specific item and material.
EFC will show you alternative design and build plans, which will involve both 2-D and 3-D designs of your refurbished house. All the time, we will guarantee that you maximise your living place in the circumstances of your budget, and we will provide a complete design and build plan of the works, specifying how long each component of the plan will take to build. This plan will also describe how we will handle the build process, from the initial examination of design concepts to the final sign off of the completed job.
